Option 2: Full Property Management Services

Simcoe Country Property Management Inc is pleased to offer full after leasing service to our property owners as follows.

Pre-leasing: (includes all of the tenancy screening services)

• Assessment of the rental property
• Screening, applications, interviews and reference checks
• Keep you informed of the application process at all times
• A signed custom lease agreement
• Collection of first and last months rent
• Provide lease agreement copies to you, your tenant and Rent Assured Inc.
• Keep on file any information pertaining to the tenant’s application

Post-leasing:

• Monthly rent cheque collection and depositing
• Monthly invoicing
• Field all tenant calls
• Reporting of any routine required maintenance and repairs (new home construction)
• Service follow-ups are the responsibility of the landlord
• Regular drive-bys
• Pre and Post Leasing property inspections
• Communication with the landlord reporting any updates & concerns
• Regular communication with tenants
• Collection of NSF fees
